How much does an AI video ad cost, and how long does it take?
Price depends on length, shots, versions and how much live action is involved, and AI usually costs less than a shoot with no crew or location. A simple ad can take a day: Hardee’s got theirs the same day it asked. Campaign films take longer.

Who owns AI-generated ads, and can we use them commercially?
You can use them commercially when the tools allow it and no one else’s characters, logos or likeness appear. Images made purely by AI often have no copyright, so your rights come from your contract and the human-made parts: script, direction, edit and design.

Do AI-generated ads have to be labeled?
Often, yes. Meta, TikTok and YouTube label realistic AI content, often automatically. EU rules have required deepfakes to be disclosed since 2 August 2026, and Saudi SDAIA guidelines expect consent from anyone whose likeness is used.
